Bard is a home grown Victorian. An avid motorcyclist, sports fan, NFL and MLB junkie, hunter, cook, and into just about everything else. He has served at para-church ministries like KXBJ and Food for the Hungry and in churches of all shapes and sizes, from a volunteer at Victoria Bible Church (a church of 120 people) to the Couples Pastor at Woodlands Church (13,000 a weekend) one of the most innovative churches in America. Bard’s goal in life is to bring people into a deeper relationship with Christ, or as he puts it “Showing ordinary people how to have extraordinary lives through the power of Jesus Christ and God’s word”. Bard has been married to his wife Mollie for over 30 years and together they have two children.
Scott Weatherford
Teaching Pastor/Leadership Development
Scott Weatherford is a pastor and consultant who is passionate about helping pastors grow healthy churches without losing their soul!
His trademark southern flair fills his messages with lots of laughs, creativity, and no-nonsense advice that helps people overcome their biggest challenges. His experience leading church plants, mega-churches, and established churches give him a deep empathy for a range of pastoral challenges. Scott is deeply committed to the local church. He has helped to launch forty churches in North America and five abroad.
Scott is married to his bride of 38 years, Tara and has two grown children, Caleb and Calah.
Skip Mozisek
Creative Arts Pastor
Skip has been married over 32 years to Susie. They are the ultra proud parents of 3 amazing kids. Skip and Susie are Victoria natives and have been in ministry for over 26 years. Skip helped start Bay Area Fellowship Church in Corpus Christi, (launched in 1998 with 16 people, and today a Church of over 8000 ).
Skip loves to watch the Dallas Cowboys, hunt, play golf, cook, write, and perform music, and many other hobbies. It is an incredible opportunity to work with lifelong friend Bard Letsinger and serve in a ministry like Fellowship of the Crossroads! It is a rare thing to be able to have your job also be your passion. Skip’s goal is to show people that God is real and wants to change their lives in a big way by using music, art, and other creative ways.
Cindy Kizer
Women's Director & Financial Administrator
Cindy Kizer is a Victoria native. She and her husband, Kyle, have each lived in other places but have come back to call Victoria home. She and Kyle love to meet new people and develop friendships with the people God has put in their paths. Friends and family are what their lives revolve around and they invest in those relationships. Fellowship of the Crossroad is proud to have Cindy as part of our Ministry Team.
