The Basics of Life - “Why Church?”

Every September here at FOTC we do what we call a “Fall Alignment Campaign”. For new people who have just started come over the past year, even if you have taken the membership class, it helps you better understand who we are and why we do what we do the way we do it here at FOTC.

For all of our long-time members and regular attenders who know where to park and exactly what to order at the coffee shop (hint.. it’s always “The Bard”), it is a refresher, a reinforcement, a reminder, a restatement of who we are, what we believe, and why it matters.

We do this because alignment matters. If we are going to move forward together, serve together, grow together, and reach people together, or as we say here at FOTC

Love God and Grow Love Others and Go we need to make sure we are all on the same page.

This year, our Fall Alignment series is called The Basics of Life, because we are going to spend the next few weeks talking about some of the basic building blocks of the Christian life.
